I'm watching the Biggest Loser while drinking water and congratulating myself on a week of mostly wholefoods.
 
Nov.21: Sweet potatoes and avocado...mmm.

 
My daily strawberry-cacao-spinach smoothie.

 
Nov. 24: Quinoa and another red cabbage & cucumber sandwich.

 
Nov. 25: Today, I ate a pomegranate (among other things).
